Hi. I'm Barb. I created this event because I envision a world where all early childhood professionals feel confident and skilled at working with children they find challenging.
I love working with the "challenging" kids but I used to go home feeling fed up and questioning my career choice.
Then, I studied theater while also pursuing my Ed.D. in early childhood special ed. I discovered new strategies as well as how to use play to prevent challenging behavior.
